New Pen Colors available

I made a few more pen blanks to give you an idea on what colors are available. 

 Sticking with the Dragon theme, from left to right is the following:

• Black Dragon: this is semi-translucent black with a gold metallic additive which gives it a slight glimmer.
• Gold Dragon: Full gold metallic results in a opaque, very shiny pen.
• Copper Dragon: Full copper metallic additive results in a swirly copper pattern.
• Purple Dragon: I mixed a violet tint with a gold additive. I may re-do this blank because from a distance it looks so dark it is almost black. Switching to a silver additive will retain the glitter, but help lighten the color (see the blue and green pen blanks on the main page.
• Red Dragon: This red dye is mixed with a copper additive to give it a metallic glint. On future blanks, I'm going to add a streak of black to make the red pop a little more 

This weekend, I'm going to work on the velcro binding idea that was brought up in the comments section. I'll try to have an update on that by Monday.

First stretch goal reached

The first stretch goal (extra paper in the Spell Book) has been achieved. I'm going to re-adjust the goals to give something for every $1,000 until we hit $10,000. The first few things will be minor, but we have some more artwork from Charles in the que and some ideas floating around. 

If you haven't done so already, visit the comments section and weigh in on some stretch goals. Every time you interact with the project, it helps boost our numbers and exposure.

And, as always, take a second to share this project again. Everyone is probably going to get sick of me asking this, but there is no better way to get the word out than to have backers hit that "share" button.

Next up for $3,000 is Charles's Cthulhu image. Lets make this happen!
